Alicante: New venue for the Costa Blanca Cup
The Costa Blanca Cup held its 25th edition in July 2018 with 280 teams. In recent years, participation at the tournament has been stable, but there is a considerable growth margin with regard to the number of participating teams.
In order to meet existing demand, the Costa Blanca Cup is adding a new venue to Benidorm, Altea, La Nucía, Villajoyosa, Calpe and Polop: Alicante, a city that will do much to expand the current offering.
- It is a pretty city offering culture, beaches and leisure
- It has good sports facilities
- It has very good transport connections to receive visitors from Spain and the rest of the world
- It offers different accommodation options (colleges and university halls of residence)
On 25th September, Alicante Town Hall hosted the official presentation of the city as a new venue of the tournament and we are receiving all the assistance needed from the Council Department of Sport to include the city into the structure of the Costa Blanca Cup.
