One bed per person.

TRANSPORT

BUS SERVICE

Teams that do not come to the tournament with their own bus can hire the Official Bus Service.

This service includes:

Pick up and transfer from the place of arrival (airport, train station, port - from the province of Alicante) to the accommodation selected.
Transfer to all official matches.
Transfer to all official ceremonies.
Transfer to theme parks.
Pick up and transfer from the accommodation back to the airport, train station or port.

Price: 75 € per person.

TERMS AND PAYMENTS

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Registration deadline: May 15, 2026.

PAYMENT TERMS

1st payment: €1,000 per team, up to 15 days after registration.
2nd payment: 50% of the total before April 1, 2026.
Final Payment (100%): Before May 15, 2026.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1st payment (€1,000 per team): Non-refundable.
Cancellations from April 1st to May 15th: Cancellation fee of 50% of the amount paid.
Cancellations after May 15th: Cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid.
