The Costa Blanca Cup resists, returns and already awaits more than 2,000 participants
Tour-Sport manages to build a tournament with the participation of a total of 170 teams from four different countries for the CBC and the Futsal CBC
Since the first edition of the international youth soccer tournament was held in Benidorm in 1994, the Costa Blanca Cup was only suspended once: last 2020 as a result of the global Covi-19 pandemic. But Tour-Sport Promociones Deportivas, the tournament's organizing company, has resisted and in 2021 it will once again develop this intercultural, sports and tourist event, always following health safety protocols. And the company demonstrates its potential and capacity by ensuring success in such a complicated setting with the participation of a total of 170 teams.
From the next 4th to 9th July a new edition of the Costa Blanca Cup will be held, which has as its ambassador Sandra Paños from Alicante, FC Barcelona goalkeeper, with whom this year she has won the League, the Cup and the Champions League and of the Spanish team, and of the Costa Blanca Futsal Cup.
The soccer tournament already ensures the participation of a total of 132 teams, divided into ten categories for men, four for women and one for EDI soccer.
In the case of the futsal competition, 38 teams will be part of the tournament, divided into four categories for men and one for women.
To sum up, the Costa Blanca Cup will have the participation of 2,100 people, which will mean the hiring of 10,000 direct overnight stays for the participants, who will represent at least four countries: in addition to Spain, France, Belgium and the United States will have their colors in the 2021 edition.
The tournament will take place in the towns of Benidorm, La Vila Joiosa, La Nucía, Altea, Alfaz del Pi and Calpe just one week after Tour-Sport Promociones Deportivas, in the hands of the Valencia City Council and its Municipal Sports Foundation, as well as the support of the Diputación de Valencia, develop the first edition of the València Cup Girls of women's football.
